1. General Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute the official agreement between players ("User" or "Player") who access and use the fuji789 platform (https://fuji789.vip) and the owners of fuji789.

By browsing this website, opening an account, or placing any bet, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not continue using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Players on fuji789 must be 21 or older. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing and playing on the platform. Player age may be verified at any time. If a registration is found to contain false information, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed to open one account only. If it is found that one person has opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses, those accounts will be closed and any bonuses obtained may be reclaimed.

2.3 Information Required at Registration

• Real name, phone number or email address
• A payment account owned by the player themselves (must match at the time of withdrawal)
• Real date of birth (for the 21+ age check)

If the registration contains incorrect or incomplete information, withdrawals may be delayed. fuji789 has the right to request supporting documents for verification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

Current deposit/withdrawal services are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account owned by the player. Third-party account transactions are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: 10,000 Ks (same for all payment methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: 20,000 Ks

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of acceptance. Additional checks may cause delays. Processing times are calculated in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).

3.4 Currency

Deposits and withdrawals on the platform are made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. fuji789 is not responsible for any currency exchange-related matters.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players making their first deposit receive a 150% first deposit bonus of up to 100,000 Ks.

Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 50,000 Ks in your account. The 30,000 Ks bonus must be wagered × 20 = 600,000 Ks before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Short example 2: Deposit 140,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks (150% applies but the maximum cap applies), giving you 240,000 Ks in your account. A wager of 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks must be reached before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player per account
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
• Bonuses must be used within 7 days of the deposit
• If a withdrawal is made immediately after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled
• Promotions are available during the advertised period only

4.3 VIP Program

fuji789's VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up through the tiers based on their playing activity.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Cashback is credited automatically to the player's account. No wagering requirement applies to cashback funds.

5. Game Rules

5.1 Fair Play

All games on fuji789 are designed for fair play. The random number generator (RNG) has been independently verified, and its results cannot be predicted or manipulated by anyone.

5.2 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using software or duplication tools to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Collusion — coordinating with another player to gain an unfair advantage rather than playing independently
• Bonus abuse — cycling bonus funds without genuine play in order to withdraw them
• Allowing someone other than the account holder to use the account
• Reverse engineering the game software

If any of these actions are detected, the player's account will be closed immediately and the account balance may be forfeited.

5.3 Responsible Gaming

Players must manage their own play and should avoid betting more than they are willing to lose. Read our Responsible Gaming policy to learn more.

6. Responsibilities and Limitations

6.1 Player Responsibilities

• Keep your account password secure at all times
• The player is fully responsible for all activity on their account
• You must play in compliance with the laws of Myanmar
• The account holder is responsible for ensuring that anyone accessing the account is 21+

6.2 fuji789 Limitations

fuji789 is not liable for losses arising from the following:

• Internet connection failures or disruptions
• Losses caused by the player's failure to secure their own account
• Errors by third-party service providers (banks, payment services)
• Virus or malware issues, or problems with the player's computer / mobile device

fuji789 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service at any time with prior notice, and to carry out maintenance on the service.

7. Personal Data and Security

fuji789 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption technology. Player information is used only for account management and lawful verification purposes.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Account Closure by Player

If you wish to close your account, contact Customer Support (24/7 Live Chat) and submit a request. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.2 Account Suspension / Closure by fuji789

fuji789 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• When a breach of any of these terms is found
• When financial fraud is detected
• When a single person is found to be opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• When a player is found to be under 21 years of age

9. Changes and Announcements

fuji789 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website, and players are considered to have accepted those changes by continuing to access and play.

For significant changes, an announcement will be posted on the platform until players have been informed. Players should check this page regularly.
